How long do prints take to get to me from the UK?
It takes, on average, under 15 business days. USPS tracking information will be provided by theprintspace. I can also send you a tracking number. Please see their website for more detailed delivery information to your country. theprintspace also offers resending you a product, if yours is damaged.
Which countries do you ship prints to?
USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, EU, Germany, UK, and 200+ other regions. Pretty much, everywhere.

Are all of your products carbon neutral?
Yes! Everything from theprintspace is carbon neutral. PhotoEssence Photography is working to become carbon negative.
I live outside California / The U.S., can I still get portraits and model photos?
For anyone wanting portraits or model photos outside of the Bay area California, I add a minimum travel fee of $200 (usd) to your quote. Each request is individually considered and will have a unique cost. The more PhotoEssence Photography grows, the more we can provide services worldwide.
Which file format will I receive digital photos?
I send all photos in JPEG format. This applies to all photos send from PhotoEssence Photography.
How will you send me custom photos?
I use Creativehub to send you digital photos at their maximum quality with or without password protection directly to your inbox. I will also have the link expire after 14 days.
Do your prints and digital copies include the signature?
No they do not! By default, you only get the picture itself. If you want a electronically signed copy, let me know!
